Hello! I am Miss Parry and I teach children in Year 5 and 6. I joined the school as an NQT six years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed my time within the school. In my free time, I enjoy travelling and exploring new places; not reading the books Mrs Kuffour recommends; spending time with my cat, Theo; and over listening to musical soundtracks. I try to use my interests to inform my teaching so the children might well become Potter fans by the end of the two years.
Hello! My name is Mrs Magee and I am the teaching assistant in Class 4. I have worked closely with Mrs Kuffour working with the children in Year 5 and 6 where every day brings new challenges and lots of fun! I am really lucky, as a HLTA, that I get to cover management time and PPA throughout the school. This enables me to work and get to know all the children and see how they develop and progress in their education over the years.
I have two grown children who used to attend The Meadows which makes me feel very old!
In my spare time I enjoy reading (historical novels), walking (with my two dogs Fagin and Stig) and eating out. As I enjoy eating out, I also 'love' attending exercise classes such as boxercise. I have recently purchased a VW camper and have been bitten by the camping and travelling bug too.
