Difference and Diversity

In the Spring Term across Key Stage 2, the Personal, Social and Health Education (PSHE) is focused upon “Difference and Diversity”. 

The key objective of the children’s learning is, “To help promote equality and diversity so pupils, learn to understand others, to value diversity whilst also promoting shared values, to promote awareness of human rights and to apply and defend them, and to develop the skills and responsible action.”

Due to mixed year groups the curriculum is delivered on a 2 year rolling programme.

Impact

The impact of the Difference and Diversity Curriculum will be measured using Pupil Voice.  A questionnaire will be administered before the units of work and again afterwards. Questionnaire results to follow shortly.
