Cl 4 Bake Off Competition 7th October 2015

To celebrate the final of 'The Great British Bake Off Competition', yesterday the pupils in Cl4 held their own competition. The children's challenge was to create either a cake, pastry, bread or pie which would be judge by Mrs Magee and I. Furthermore, the event was designed to provide a stimulus for their Big Write on Friday, where they will be writing a journalistic recount.

Great British Bake Off Competition

Wednesday 7th October

As you may be aware, on Wednesday it is the final of ‘The Great British Bake Off’. As many of the children in our class are avid fans, we have decided to hold a Bake Off competition on Wednesday. The challenge, if you wish to accept it, is to create your own bake off entry. Pie, pastry, cake or biscuit… The choice is yours! However, it must be edible!

Mad Science Assembly 17.9.15

On Thursday, Cosmic Ceri from Mad Science came to do an assembly at our school. The theme was: A Mission to Mars.

First of all, Cosmic Ceri taught us the three golden rules:

  1. Always listen to the person talking
  2. Don’t talk when another person is talking and remember to smile!
  3. Have Fun!!!
