Home Learning

Reading books will be changed on Monday next week. Sorry if this causes any inconvenience. I would like to remind you about www.phonicsplay.co.uk  where you can find lots of fun games to practise phase 3 phonics and tricky words. The children have each done a phonics assessment this week and they have all made clear progress. Well done everybody!

This week, as part of our maths lessons the children have been set a challenge to find a full, empty and half full container at home. We would like them to tell us what they have found next week, or even bring in drawings or photographs.

During the Easter holidays, we would like the children to take some photographs of their families enjoying Easter celebrations. This is to support our learning about people and communities and cultural similarities and differences. It also supports our Social, Moral, Spiritual and Cultural learning.

Thank you for your support. Home learning aims to consolidate learning in school and gives a real life context.
